Leana Clark, age 68, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Mercy Hospital Hospice in Chicago, Ill.
Funeral services are Saturday, March 26, 2011, at 3 p.m. from Johnson Creek M.B. Church, with the Rev. Bruce Guyton officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Creek M.B. Church Cemetery.
Visitation is today, from 3 – 6 p.m. at Carter's Mortuary Services Chapel.
