Lady Eagles end three game-skid

November 12, 2011

Tori Eliis had a triple double Friday night as Hebron Christian School snapped a three-game losing skid with a 62-50 win over AA West Memphis.

Ellis knocked down 28 points, grabbed 20 rebound and blocked 10 shots in arguably her most complete performance so far this season.

Head coach William Cotton says the girls are coming around and looking like they should, a playoff ball club.

“Our shooting percentage was up tonight, that’s what we need to have every night,” he said. “But there’s still room to improve.”

“This is the playoffs, you better step it up or you’re going home,” he said. “What else do you say?”
